About Pilates
Modern Pilates is a fitness system that combines physical exercise with mindful movement, emphasizing core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. It evolved from the original Pilates method developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century but has since been adapted with contemporary exercise science and physical therapy principles. Our studio blends traditional Pilates with contemporary exercise science, offering low-impact, controlled movements that improve posture, balance, and muscle tone. Class Lesson Price
We offer two types of private Pilates classes: Private ($80), and Duet ($60/person). Each class is 50 minutes long, with a validity period of 2 months for a package of 5 classes, 3 months for a package of 10 classes, and 6 months for a package 20 classes and a package of 30 classes. Expired classes will be forfeited. Classes can be transferred but are non-refundable. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy: cancellation 24 hours before the class will result in a full refund, while cancellation within 24 hours will result in a deduction of the class fee.
